《生化奇兵：無限》的80個錄音帶中，隱藏了大量的內容，要完全理解整個故事，必須理解這些內容，所以我按照Bradygames的官方攻略本，翻譯了這些錄音帶的字幕。
由於是按照攻略本上的記載來翻譯的，所以錄音帶的順序按照攻略進程來排列。
其中涉及基督教的內容很多，由於我是無神論者，對基督教並不太瞭解，難免有錯，希望大家能儘量指出我的錯誤。
標題：要愛罪人(Love the Sinner)
講話者：康姆斯托克夫人（Lady Comstock）

CZ75注：按照基督教教義，人生來皆有“原罪”（sin），耶穌為上帝之子，捨身以贖人類之罪，是為大愛。但英語中提到作為救世主的耶穌時，是用加有定冠詞的the Redeemer，但這裏用的卻是加不定冠詞的a redeemer，所以不太好確定這裏是否指的是耶穌基督。

CZ75注：“洗禮”（baptism）是基督教的一個重要儀式，當一個人接受洗禮後，象徵他洗淨了自己以前的一切罪孽，重生為新人。但是當他仍浸在洗禮之水中時，他究竟是過去那個罪人，還是得救的新人？這跟量子力學中那個思想實驗“薛定諤的貓”很像，薛定諤的貓既可能是活的，也可能是死的，直到觀察者對其進行觀察時，它的可能性才會坍縮為唯一一種。同理，浸在洗禮之水中的受洗者，只有當現身于他人觀察時，才能確定他究竟是誰。這段話恰好暗示了本作的關鍵概念。

CZ75注：這裏的“黑人”，原文是Negro，在19世紀末20世紀初，Negro還是個“普通”的詞，但隨著黑人民權運動的發展，Negro已經成了一個具有貶義的詞，現在再用這個詞已經是“政治不正確”了，現在對著黑人說Negro，脾氣好的人只會呵呵一笑，脾氣不好的可能就要黑臉，如果說了更“政治不正確”的nigger的話，脾氣再好的人也會跟你翻臉。“政治正確”的說法應該是“Afro-American”（非裔美國人）。

CZ75注：Father Comstock這個片語中，Father這個頭銜不太好譯，Father用於神職人員時，一般譯為“神父”，但只有天主教和東正教才有“神父”，而康姆斯托克很明顯既不尊奉梵蒂岡教皇，也不尊奉大牧首，所以不能翻譯成“神父”，因此只能翻譯為“長老”了。
從這次對話發生的日期來看，康姆斯托克知道自己已經活不了多久了，他知道自己要麼會死於布克之手，要麼就是死於癌症。

林肯是在1865年4月14日被約翰·威爾克斯·布斯（John Wilkes Booth）刺殺的，康姆斯托克講話的這天正好是林肯遇刺40周年，而布斯正好又是渡鴉兄弟會崇拜的偶像。

23、康姆斯托克的意識形態，是基督教原教旨主義和“美國例外論”的混合體，大致可以概括如下：美國是上帝賜給白人的新伊甸園，以華盛頓、傑弗遜和佛蘭克林為首的國父奉天承運，建設地上的伊甸園，準備迎接主的降臨，然而“大叛教者”林肯解放黑奴，令地上世界塗炭，變成了索多瑪，所以康姆斯托克要建造哥倫比亞，作為新時代的方舟，哥倫比亞公民（不用說自然只有白人才算公民）肩負著消滅地上的索多瑪、迎接上帝降臨的重任。
24、斯雷特上尉認識布克·德維特，因為他們一起在傷膝河屠殺過印第安人，但他不認識急速衰老的康姆斯托克，所以在斯雷特的印象中，康姆斯托克從未打過仗，鎮壓義和團也是斯雷特帶著部下幹的，康姆斯托克只是下令，而沒有親自參加戰鬥。
25、1912年，康姆斯托克知道自己已經時日無多，便找人來給自己寫傳記，但是他又全部隱瞞了自己在受洗之前的經歷。
