一般分為根治結局文字和滅世結局文字，前者以藍底為代表色，後者常以紅底為代表色。
文字將按照前後嚴重性及其後果大小排序，中文翻譯引用1.7版後貼吧漢化版的說辭。而隨著遊戲的不斷更新，這個帖子也會隨之跟進相關內容。
通常文字篇
這裡指特殊病原體以外的通常結局文字，包括七種基礎病原體和劇情模式的現實疾病等。
根治結局
①The world will soon eradicate PAX-12 forever. Humanity was very lucky, things could have got a lot worse…
世界即將把PAX-12給根除。愚蠢的人類竟是如此的幸運，一切都沒有想像中那麼糟……

Neurax蠕蟲篇
和通常情況不同地方的是，蠕蟲勝利時是以暖黃底為代表色，且有與其他病原體與眾不同的奴役結局。
奴役結局
The whole world worships PAX-12 as their god and master. Efforts to cure the plague have ceased and humanity is entering a dark new future as a slave species.
世界人民已將PAX-12視為他們的神和統治者加以頂禮膜拜。與之相關的解藥研發已被廢止，人類作為被奴隸的物種進入到了黑暗新時代。
最終畫面：PAX-12 has enslaved all life on Earth——PAX-12已奴役了地球上的所有生物。
Necroa病毒篇
和通常情況不同地方的是，僵屍勝利時是以深紅底為代表色、失敗時以深藍色為代表色且有與其他病原體與眾不同的根治結局和滅世結局。
根治結局
①Humanity has survived PAX-12 and the zombie apocalypse. The people who have died will not be forgotten.
人類在歷經PAX-12產生的僵屍大災難後即將得以重新生存。已經陣亡的人員將不會被人們所遺忘。
②Humanity has survived PAX-12 and the zombie apocalypse. Although much of the world is dead, the survivors can rebuild and carry humanity forwards.
人類在歷經PAX-12產生的僵屍大災難後即將得以重新生存。儘管世界近乎瀕臨末日，但倖存者們將會重建一切，促使人類繼續向前。
③Humanity has survived PAX-12 and the zombie apocalypse. Large numbers of people have died and the world is changed forever.
人類在歷經PAX-12產生的僵屍大災難後即將得以重新生存。而大量人口的死亡已讓世界徹底改變。

Mindless zombies infected with PAX-12 have hunted down and consumed the last human survivors. The zombies will decay and soon the whole world will be empty.
PAX-12變異的病狂僵屍們已將最後一個人類碾碎得連毛都不剩。這批僵屍很快就會腐化陣亡，世界在如此鮮紅的月亮之下將更加虛無。
最終畫面：PAX-12 and its zombies have consumed Humanity! There is nothing left——PAX-12及其產生的僵屍已經把人類滅絕了！紅色的夏將持續下去。
冰凍病毒篇
和通常情況不同地方的是，冰凍病毒有與其他病原體與眾不同的退化結局。
退化結局
Every human on Earth has regressed physically and mentally to a Neanderthal state. Homo sapiens are no more…
地球上的所有人已經從精神和肉體上回歸到了山頂洞人的姿態。智人的時代已經萬劫不復……
最終畫面：Pithovirus devolves humanity back to Neanderthals——琪露諾的惡作劇成功讓全人類變成了笨蛋。
Simian流感篇
和通常情況不同地方的是，流感勝利時是以鮮黃底為代表色，且有與其他病原體與眾不同的根治結局和滅世結局。
根治結局
①Humans have successfully cured ALZ-113. Without any danger of disease, apes and humans can peacefully coexist and a bright future beckons.
人類即將把ALZ-113給根治，瘟疫的威脅一去不復返。同時，今後猩猩們將與人類和平共存，攜手共創陽光燦爛的未來。
②Humanity have survived a horrifying plague and will soon eradicate ALZ-113. Intelligent apes face an uncertain future as they try to survive in a hostile human world.
人類在經歷了一場可怕的瘟疫後，即將把ALZ-113給根治並得以生存。然而，面對人類世界的仇人相見，那一批倖存下來的智慧猩猩們仍然存亡未卜。
③Humanity has survived a devastating plague and will soon eradicate ALZ-113. Although much of the world is dead – humans are still the dominant species and apes face an uncertain future.
人類在歷經一場災難性的瘟疫後即將把ALZ-113給根治。儘管各地的人口損失殆盡，但人類仍然是這個星球上的優勢物種，而那一批倖存下來的智慧猩猩們仍然存亡未卜。

儘管孤注一擲竭盡全力抵抗，ALZ-113還是滅亡了所有人類。然而，那批倖存的猩猩們能否白手成家並在這個星球上建立一個全新文明呢？
②Human civilisation has been shattered by ALZ-113. Intelligent apes have become the dominant species on the planet and humans face a dark future.
人類的文明已因ALZ-113的擴散蔓延而壽終正寢。現在，智慧的猩猩們已經成為在這個星球上的優勢物種，最後一批感染者的未來將長夜難明。
③ALZ-113 has destroyed humanity but out of the chaos, a new civilisation has dawned. The planet belongs to the apes now.
